Crusader United Pre-game Warm-up-Submitted by Matt Cushing.
Matt observed the following pre-game warm up prior to one of the World Cup games which he attended.

Dynamic running:
  In a ladder of cones five yards apart 40 yds. long.  Players will be in partners running in ladder then jogging back to get in line.
****Each movement should be three times through
        1. high knees

        2. But kicks

        3. karaoke

        4. Shuffle side to side going forwards

        5. power skip

        6. Sprint up 2 cones(10yds) backwards one cone (defensive stance)

        7. Sprint up 2 cones9 (10yds) sideways back one cone

        8. Sprint up four cones backwards one and finish with sprint to end
       
Ballistic Stretching


          a. Toe touches (while seated)

          b. Leg swings-fwds. and back, across

          c. Lie down leg crossovers

 
Non-Directional Possession

        --Use whole team in grid of 30x40
